Road ride starting at Spray Lake Sports Centre. Come join our Road Ride Group leader David for a ride around the Cochrane area. Road bike rides will be between 50 and 120 km long depending on the destination and abilities of riders. This is a no drop ride! Must be comfortable riding on the shoulder of highways.
